Processing Times
Due to high order volume, please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your order. Our team works hard to get your Tangle out the door as quickly as possible from our fulfillment center in Illinois. We'll notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling it.

Shipping
On occasion Tangle Creations offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Tangle Creations ships to most countries worldwide via UPS for all international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
- Domestic shipments to addresses within the contiguous United States receive Free Shipping on Orders over $25.
- USPS Orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
- UPS Orders can be tracked at: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
