Returns/Warranty Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with the original packaging intact.

To complete your return, please send an email to returns@tangletoys.com with the following information:

  • FULL NAME
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • TELEPHONE NUMBER
  • WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM
  • ORDER #
  • ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED
  • REASON FOR RETURN
  • WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE (if an exchange, please note the item/color/size you would like to receive in exchange)
    Our Customer Service Team will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. This email will include instructions on how to process your return.

       

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will send you the item requested in your exchange at no cost to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

       

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

       

      Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven't received a refund after at least one billing cycle from your credit card/bank account, first check with your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@tangletoys.com

       

      Sale Items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

       

      Can I Return Products That Were Purchased From Another Retailer?

      We only accept returns for items purchased from tanglecreations.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.

      Warranty (Manufacture Defect)

      The warranty claim is made by the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized TANGLE CREATIONS retailer. This limited warranty does not extend to purchases made from: (i) auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, or (iii) dealers selling altered, doctored or counterfeit products.

      The product has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, improper service, repair or modification; the date code and/or hologram (if applicable) on the product is legible and has not been removed, deleted or altered; and claims are made within the applicable Warranty Period (see below).

        

      This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

      This limited warranty does not cover (i.e. Tangle, Inc. is not responsible for):
      • Normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (i.e. minor scratches, surface deformations or discoloration) including natural fading of colors; damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence, including prolonged exposure to inclement weather; failure to observe care instructions; damage caused by rips. cuts or tears; burns and abrasions; products treated with steaming devices or other heat treatments.
      • Unauthorized modification of alteration including any repair done outside of Tangle Creations Customer Service; products with removed or defaced holograms or date codes; products purchased from unauthorized dealers (including without limitation, products through (I) auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, (II) unauthorized dealers selling via third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba, or Temu, or (III) dealers selling altered, doctored, or counterfeit products.
