| "I am a professional pianist and often, during travels, I find it difficult to keep with a practice schedule. Having recently discovered a Tangle toy I must say that I am truly delighted.
The first time that I used it, I could not put it down, and now, I am addicted. I find that not only do I get a really good
hand and finger workout, but somehow, my technique at the piano seems to have improved quite dramatically because
my fingers and hands are becoming conditioned to a higher degree. As a result of the Tangle toy, I find that my playing is becoming
a lot more effortless.
The Tangle toy is also extremely relaxing and meditative....Very therapeutic.

| "Over the course of two months I used my Tangle to help me reduce the number of cigarettes I smoked per day from 20 down to 5. Everytime I felt the urge to roll a cigarette I would pick up my Tangle and fiddle away my tension. Obviously it was best to try to avoid smokey areas such as pubs and clubs etc, but overall the diversion/mind-over-matter approach worked out best for me.
After Ihad gotten the hang of diverting my attention, I continued to use my Tangle and also had a piece of fruit instead of each of the 5 cigarettes of the day...as part of my "self-improvement" regime. :)

| "My nine-year-old son is diagnosed w/ ADHD - who isn't these days??- and my daughter who is four has mild CP. The Tangles are perfect for both of them, each for different reasons. For my son, it gives him something to do w/ his hands, especially in the car when he'd normally be tormenting his little sister or monkeying with the window controls or repeatedly tugging on his seat belt. For my daughter, it's simply fun. She has a glitter Tangle and a pink Tangle and to her, they are just fun little toys to carry around in her various pocketbooks. But the Tangle is SO good for her fine motor skills.
My son uses his Tangles a lot, usually sitting at his desk struggling through homework, and when my daughter sees his Tangle, she goes to find one of hers and starts toying around with it, which is awesome. I'm going to order a bunch of Tangle stuff for the kids for Christmas. Thanks SO much." |

I have found that giving a student a Tangle distracts them from the difficulty of the current experience that is causing them stress. Pairing this with some deep breathing and you have a recipe to calm down! While busying their hands their minds are also engaged. It is an excellent coping strategy that I am able to provide as their teacher.

| "I am thinking that this is going to be the strangest compliment for your product. I own a Macaw and always look for toys in places other than pet stores. I was in a local store "Play and Learn " which sells educational toys. I went to buy wooden blocks for my parrot and spotted the Tangle at the cash register. It seemed interesting so I bought one for my parrot thinking if it lasted 15 minutes then she would still have fun with it. To my surprise it has lasted almost 3 months and it isn't that she broke it rather we have lost many of the parts.
She loves to take it apart and move it into different shapes. Giving her hours of fun. For a toy to stand up to the beak of a Macaw is saying something. I will be looking for the larger ones for her. She is learning her colors and triese very hard to put them back together.
Thanks for making not only a good toy but one that is durable for a parrot even though I know that wasn't your intention.
