Custom Order Requirements and Guidelines
Artwork
All artwork must be created in Adobe Illustrator.Save art as an .eps or .ai file. Photocopies, fax transmissions, letterhead, and color ink printing are not considered camera ready art.Artwork can be sent via email or on disk.
Cancellations
A cancellation charge plus additional cost of work done up to the cancellation will apply.
Imprinting Information
Standard imprint colors are black and white.If a specific PMS color match is required, please contact us for additional information.Unless otherwise specified, all pricing is based on one-color imprint.The number of imprints varies by product.If more than one color is needed for your logo, additional charges will apply.Please note that colors reproduce differently depending on various types of material so exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Production Time
All production times listed are approximate and begin after your paper proof has been approved.Times quoted are actual business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include holidays.Rush orders may be available upon request.Additional charges for rush production and/or expedited shipping will apply.
Shipping
All items are shipped FOB South San Francisco, CA and will be shipped the most economical way unless otherwise specified.
